- Auto-Guide Power Flanger Attachment (+$3,800) - The Lockformer Auto-Guide Power Flanger attachment is available as an optional component for both the Model 20 and Model 24 Lockformer Pittsburgh Lock Roll Formers. This flanging attachment will automatically follow any edge – straight, inner, or outer radii — while forming a 7/32 (outside) flange height and no change over is necessary between Pittsburgh Lock and flanging operations… just turn up a starting flange in the table slot, feed materials into the rolls and let go. Handles radii down to 3-1/4” or 1-3/8” manually at speeds of 16-18 fpm.
